Report a tool problem
Use this page when a tool does not open, a control does not work, a result looks wrong, or an error message appears. A clear report and one or two screenshots usually make the problem much easier to reproduce.
Please do not upload the original confidential document. Crop or blur names, addresses, identification numbers, signatures, account details, and any other private information before attaching a screenshot.

What makes a useful screenshot?
Show the visible problem
Include the error message, broken control, result card, or layout issue. Leave enough surrounding interface visible so we can understand where it happened.
Remove private details
Crop the document preview or cover sensitive text with a solid block before uploading. Do not rely on a light blur for highly sensitive information.
Use more than one view only when needed
One screenshot can show the full page and another can show the exact problem area. Three images is the maximum.
Do not upload document files
The form accepts images only. If a sample document is later needed, we will first discuss a safer way to provide a non-confidential test file.
How report attachments are handled
This form is different from the browser-based PDF tools. When you submit a screenshot, the website temporarily receives the image so it can attach it to an email sent to pdfcoretools@gmail.com. The temporary server copy is removed after the send attempt. The message and attachments may remain in the receiving email account until they are deleted under normal support-record practices.
